An operating record that maintains itself.

PsychSecure is not a dashboard you have to staff. Agents run the loop, detect, assess, control, consult, and evidence, continuously. Your console is mostly a read surface: what changed, what is flagged, and what an inspector would see today. The team reviews and approves; it does not operate.

The agent works inside a fixed methodology, the WHS Code of Practice, the 17 hazard categories, and the hierarchy of control, and writes every action to an append-only audit trail. It produces the evidence and flags what needs a human. It never makes the compliance claim.

What it produces

Four artefacts, maintained for you.

Hazard register

A live register across all 17 psychosocial hazard categories, by role, team, and location, drafted and kept current for you.

Control plan with named owners

Controls graded against the hierarchy of control, each with an accountable owner, a due date, and a review cadence. A plan with no owner and no date is an intention, not a control.

Management system anchor

The policy and process spine that ties the register and controls back to your management system, so the record holds together.

Inspection-defence pack

Exposure, controls in force, evidence of consultation, and action history, compressed into a single document the executive can sign and an inspector can read.

Where a human steps in

Agents own the system of record. Humans own judgement.

The line we hold: agents run the organisational duty end to end, and a case is routed for human review when it genuinely needs professional judgement. Anything calling for legal or clinical input is flagged so you can take it to your own suitably qualified adviser. Escalation carries full context, and every human decision is logged to the same audit trail.

  • An individual discloses distress, a psychological injury, or fitness-for-work concern.
  • A serious or notifiable incident, a bullying complaint, or a Respect@Work matter.
  • A high or critical hazard control that needs professional sign-off before it is in force.
  • Anything that characterises the law, or a response to a regulator, tribunal, or insurer.

PsychSecure provides decision-support and workflow automation to help employers manage psychosocial-hazards compliance work. It is not legal advice, not a clinical diagnostic tool, and does not guarantee a compliance outcome.
