Worker count means employees plus contractors and labour hire under your influence, in the sense the WHS Act uses, not full-time equivalents. You tell us at quote and we record it in the engagement letter. If your actual worker count at the time of the audit is more than 10 per cent above what you declared, the price is recalculated.
If a regulator turns up, Inspection Response is a separate engagement. It is scoped with you and quoted as a not-to-exceed estimate before any work starts, from $950 plus practitioner and legal time at published rates.
The same audit engagement and monthly subscription continue, with tapering rates as workforce size grows. One formula, no separate tiers or contracts, and no step change at any threshold.
